Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. When a cancellation occurs 7 days or more prior to arrival a $30.00 administration fee will be incurred. If cancelling within 7 days no refund will be given.

If you do not notify the park of your cancellation, or if you do not arrive by 10am the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking will be cancelled by the park without any refund to you.

Pet Policy

• Acceptance of any pet is at the discretion of management
• All pets (large or small) must be kept on a hand leash at all times whilst in the park.
• Dogs must be exercised within allocated grassed area near basketball court at front of park
• Dispose of all droppings appropriately
• No pet may be left unattended at any time
• Pets are not permitted inside the amenities block, camp kitchen or reception area at any time.
• No barking please - your neighbours would appreciate this greatly
• Pet owners agree and accept to take full responsibility of any personal injury or damage caused by their pet whist within the park and agree to pay for any claims of compensation in relation to pet activities
• Management and staff at Park Lane Tourist Park would like to thank you for your co-operation and trust that you and your pet enjoy your stay with us.
